Ventajas

Word of advice, always smile and remain quiet. Management doesn’t want to hear constructive feedback.

Desventajas

Game of Thrones atmosphere…managers, vice presidents always trying to out do each other to reach the next promotion instead of focusing on the job at hand. They say that they treat associates like family, well it is one disfunctional family. It is a toxic atmosphere. No culture to support diversity….look at management and the Board of Directors

Ventajas

Flexible Schedule on the business team. 401(k) is amazing. Healthcare is great.

Desventajas

Poor leadership across the board starting with VPs. C-Suite claims to be transparent, but then people (VPs) who are friends with the CEO get hired out of the blue. Poor PTO plan. No cost of living adjustments on already poor salaries. Does not value tenured employees. Prefers to hire new, cheap labor instead of treating invaluable tenured employees with dignity and a fair pay.
