Ventajas
There is possibility to learn a lot about the industry, work/life balance on the average day is good, teammates are friendly, many of the managers are competent and smart.
Desventajas
Hierarchy is quite flat, so there is virtual no growth possibility within the company; the contract is extremely basic (minimum vacation days, no clearly defined performance bonus, no benefits except at the highest levels); salary is among the lowest in the business sector in Switzerland; little performance feedback; some absurd HR policies are still enforced; too much turnover; quite the "we've always done it this way" thinking all over the company.
