You'll have a poor work/life balance here, you'd better be ready to get to work anywhere from 4 to 4:30am and be home from 6-7pm. Their pay scale is lower than similar companies as well. They don't give per diem while out of town. There doesn't seem to be any room for advancement either, you'll be a bucket slave for years before you ever get anywhere else.
