The overall office atmosphere is also very engaging. But overall, analysts will be required to learn quickly, and will be tested on a daily basis. For young analysts, MAX is an impressive start, and your daily output will be noticed within the company. There is also plenty of room to grow and attain further responsibilities. Whether you work in intelligence or operations, you will be surrounded by knowledgeable and motivated employees, with impressive and diverse backgrounds.

Analysts must be flexible in regards to scheduling. Occasionally working holidays should be expected. Also, considering it's a security position, new analysts are expected to work weekends every so often. Schedules are also not fixed for analysts.
