Ventajas
The company has a very clear mission to help create more equitable and inclusive organizations that helps guide their strategy and vision. They take inclusion and accessibility very seriously, such as providing accommodations, anti-bias training, and providing equal opportunities. There's plenty of room to take ownership of your projects with little-red tape. If you have a vision and the data to back it up, you will be empowered to make a difference. There is also decent camaraderie amongst the various teams without any of the fake "we are a family" tropes - people are taken seriously but still have fun together. There's also a healthy emphasis on work/life balance.
Desventajas
Like most startups, there are growing pains around juggling finite resources and competing priorities. This can also result in projects changing quickly, resulting in a fast-paced environment and folks having to wear multiple hats.
