Ventajas

The company benefits are fantastic, and there are frequent trips to the White Mountains as well as company wide trips every 5 years. There are also frequent little treats like ice cream trucks and special dining events throughout the year. The company provides a lot of benefits like great vacation and unlimited sick time.

Desventajas

For non-engineers, it can be tough to make career progress. Often you need to already have the skills ahead of time, or know exactly what you will need. Often you need to champion yourself as I have encountered numerous managers that are not helpful in career development and advancement.
