Ventajas

Well lets see, I will tell you what I have felt so far: - The clientele is good, we deal with some of the big names in the industry and the problem statements are interesting - The managers focus on upscaling you, so most of the times it us playing around with ai, creating our own plugins, products, chatbots. Basically like a innovation lab. - The team is actively trying to improve the process, so it feels like we are actually building and improving our team every day - The thought process of the leads, isnt the boring conventional type. Its more along the lines of creating something new everyday and making design easier - We do get to work on strategizing and connect with various teams and their leads internally, overall boosting your connect and understanding of the industry - The main one is the team has your back, so you are free to explore and go all out

Desventajas

- Its not the design team, just the company in general has a lot of levels that you might have to talk to inorder to get context or things done so sometimes it feels tedious - Since its global clients, do learn to balance your work life (or else bye bye sleep) - If you are thinking of a place where everything is set, the process is solid and all you need to do is sit and design, then this aint the place for you - if you are thinking of a place that does design by the book, then definitely this aint the place for you
