Ventajas
Leadership has strategically aligned within the past couple of years to get the right people in the right positions to best support growth and continuous improvement. Leadership is passionate about the company and clearly working hard to make it the best it can be. There has also been a recent push to put people first, which has seemed to improve employee morale and promote relationships between different people in different departments. There are still improvements to be made, but it's clear that there are plans and clear goals to make these improvements for the betterment of the company, its customers, and its workforce.
Desventajas
With lots of change and improvement does come some heavy lifting. It takes hard work to get where you want to go, and this sometimes means putting in extra work and hours.
