We are sorry to hear that you had a difficult experience during your time with us, and we take all concerns of this nature extremely seriously. The incident you refer to was fully investigated at the time and appropriate action was taken in line with our internal policies and procedures.
We understand that your recollection of the situation is possibly not in alignment with the findings of the investigation, however, if there is any additional information you would like to bring to our attention, please do not hesitate to contact us. Even so, we acknowledge that the situation in question caused you discomfort, and the individual involved apologised immediately. Throughout the process, management offered guidance and support, with advice from our People Services team, including access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
