Ventajas
The employees who work at MainGate are absolutely wonderful people. You become a family quickly. You gain a lot of skills and unique experiences through working with a variety of partners/customers. Company activities are always fun.
Desventajas
Many employees would agree that many are over worked and under paid. Salaries and wages vary greatly across the board. It's a very stressful work environment, but the owners of the company are working on improving company culture.
