Fun. Friendly. Decent benefits and discounts. If you are a hard worker you will have no issues with the management. 50% off on food. Free access to the center for employees on their days off. 50% off birthday party packages for employees. Double pay for holidays you work including your birthday!! That’s awesome. I could go on a while about the pros.
Desventajas
Non smoking facilities so it’s very difficult to take smoke breaks. Most of the younger staff is tough to work with. Shifts you work can be all over the place if you have a lot of open availability. Pay could be better. You can get free access to the arcade and bowling for being an employee but you can’t redeem your tickets for prizes. Hard to find staff to cover shifts if needed. Employees can’t do birthday parties on Saturdays. Downfall of working on the holidays is missing family time especially when you have children.
