Overworked: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Operations Manager en Main Event

Management team is overworked. Managers are salary and contracted 50+ hours a week. The bonus structure was great when I started years ago but has since been made next to impossible to hit. My yearly income was slashed by almost 15k when they restructured. Dave and busters bought out mainevent in 2022 and has sucked the life and sole out of the company
