      Ventajas

      Flexibility is amazing, if you get the job done you'll have the flexibility you want or need without any trouble. Daily work depends on project you're working on so you need to be up to the challenge to manage yourself. Great environment overall.

      Desventajas

      You can be disconnected from Company every now and then because of remote positions.

      - The people, including the owners, are so great and kind—they’re always trying to help and guide you. - The pay rate is good, and in my case, it was better than the overall market.

      Desventajas

      - They don’t offer benefits such as PTOs or bonuses. - You will work for a client, so if the contract ends, you may not have another one.
