The company requires and encourages you to keep updated in technology; we have an scheduled time by week to study new technologies or go deeper into some topic of your interest, so It is a good place to learn new things and improve knowledge and skills. The salary is in line with the average salaries in the industry and according to the level of knowledge.

I consider that ML does not have cons

Just ok as sector is hard.

Leadership is all over the place.
