Is a truly innovative concept with only competition being traditional salons New HCB leadership is really making a difference in the field, team changes being made are positive and encouraging as someone who's been here awhile Product is very, very strong - not just hair color but also hair care for colored hair They invest in leaders

Desventajas

Fast paced, things can change and you have to be resilient and not get hung up on them Growing company means sometimes process needs to be improved Nothing else

Ventajas

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

Desventajas

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
