Ventajas

working from home, great co workers.

Desventajas

constant changes without any notice, horrible team management. bonus cuts growth within company is minimal. Switched many of us from sales to retention which in return cut our commission because we would spend time trying to appease upset clients, loosing out on sales. When we would be out of products they would expect us to sell them whatever we had left and just fix the issue later. Would hire people fresh out of cosmetology school without proper knowledge of the line or fully understand color.

Ventajas

You gain corporate knowledge, and have the chance to learn new things.

Desventajas

They mis classify you, so your deductions are higher. They raise your monthly goals based on one good month and it’s never enough, with what you bring. Ignore rules for some, don’t share information with their regionals like asked. Yet, you get treated like garbage if you speak to anyone outside your DM. And, acts like dm is in your corner yet failed to handle a problem employee for a very long time. With plenty of evidence. It affects their bonus!! They don’t care as long as they are producing.
