Ventajas

• 50% off premium cookware • Gift Card to the store when onboarding • Employee appreciation day (yields another gift card) • Remote • Many problems needing solving = stretch opportunities • CX team is included and not entirely siloed, participates in all hands meeting • No micromanaging/lots of autonomy • Company holidays + traditional holidays

Desventajas

• It is a start up and small size organization so you wear many hats without a clearly defined role or title (can be positive if you see it as stretch opportunities) • Care more about customer satisfaction, sales and marketing teams, not as much care or concern goes into the customer service team • Will take advantage of you, overwork you, under pay you, take away perks despite performance and gaslight you into thinking you don't at the very least deserve a title change. • Unlimited PTO taken away from care team • Performance bonus promises were made but were never delivered on • Carrot danglers
