Low pay for handling many different tasks in addition to your own. Boss doesn’t communicate whatsoever and will write you up even if you provide the required Doctors notes. Bathrooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting. HR protects managers only even if they pretend to be there for the employee. Boss goes out of their way to block you from further promotion/advancement within the company.
