      Nothing- the roofers themselves are okay.

      Desventajas

      Vish is the owner of Mighty Dog Roofing in Westford, MA. He is possibly the worst owner of a business. He is constantly lying (about the bonuses you shall receive, your compensation structure, realistic hours you will work, and so much more). He will call you and scream and swear at you with no regard. He will yell at all employees and blatantly disrespect them. Please do not work here

      Ventajas

      If you like challenges and want to improve your sales skills then this company is for you. You can make really good money with hard work and following the system. Leads are given to you and you typically get 8-12 leads per week as long as your trying a have a good attitude about feedback. Remember it’s a sales job.

      Desventajas

      It a commission only sales job, if you are lazy you will not make it.

      Great Co-Workers were there however management would dowhat they could to inconvenience you

      Desventajas

      Commission took forever to pay due to most of your sales contract being under insurance, base salary was weak, you are told you have the opportunity to ge a company vehicle but it was unrealistically achievable
