      Ventajas

      There is a great team ethos with a strong sense of camaraderie and collaboration. You feel supported and there are plenty of opportunities to grow within the company and to participate in training. The company organises a wide range of social events. The management team is approachable and listens to employee feedback. Hybrid and flexible working hours mean that we have a good work-life balance.

      Desventajas

      Not really any cons. We work hard as there's always lots to do - but the work is rewarding.

      Ventajas

      MCS is a fantastic company to work for. They were welcoming from day 1, and offer great opportunities. I don't see myself ever looking for another employer.

      There aren't any that come to mind.

      Ventajas

      Everyone in Management is approachable and helpful , company goes out of is way to look after its Staff. Lots of Training , lots of support and lots of communication from all departments. Genuine family company, with family values. Where everyone is respected and treated well. This in turn creates no politics where everyone feels valued. Hence why the Average length of Service at MCS is so high.

      Desventajas

      None continually growing company with lots of opportunities.
