Ventajas
Good collegaues, good team, good place to lean.
Desventajas
No leadership, managers are worst. Managers trouble MTs by deducting salary or not giving the salary at all. Sometimes even salary is not given if target line count is not reached. Mangers have ego problems. MT tools never work. line counts are such that they are never reached. I have been working here for more than 5 years, but for the past 2 years have experienced horrible management. My salary was not given for 2 months in the last year and now for the past 1 month kept on hold because I did not reach the target line count. Line count counted by the management is always less than what the MTs count. This company is closer to hell. Never recommend anyone this company. Loans are offered and in return ask for blank cheques. If MTs raise their voice they are kept as non-direct and are given horrible files.
