Ventajas
- Nice and respectful culture
- The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave
- If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you
Desventajas
- Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now.
- After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux.
- If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
