Flight benefits/ comparatively flexi schedules/ co-operative TLs
Desventajas
Extremely conservative, really low quality infrastructure, just 20 days of paid leave, no sick leaves, no relocation packages (200 euros?- joke). The local Czech Management just succumbs to requests from Berlin and is not innovative and confident, cannot promote an International Company culture. The salary after taxes is ridiculuosly low - plus they calculate it as a wage per hour and not for the days you work.
