      I can only say salary and esops but that is a big trap!

      Desventajas

      You will be a mouse who comes for a cheese here because this company will throw really big cheese that you can't resist to avoid. Just ask for how many candidates fired in 2022-2023 to the management. Let me tell you more than 20+ members including engg, sales, business and csm. You will lose your career so badly that you will required at least 1 year to raise again.

      The team is very young. So unlike big tech you do not get a lot of hand holding, mentorship etc. Plus its a young startup so building at pace can feel chaotic
