      - Flexible working (remote - work aways) - Autonomy & trust (no micro-management) - Steep learning curve - Amazing colleagues to work with

      Desventajas

      As it is a scale-up, the structure is not yet well established. These are more growing pains of which management is well aware.

      It is a fast-paced work environment! We truly do work hard but also do play hard(all cheesiness and jokes aside).

      - The product is awesome and people are genuinely excited about it - Exciting growth opportunities

      Desventajas

      - Majority of the company is in Europe so the work/life balance is tough for Americans (I needed to log on at 6am 2-3 days/ week to keep up)
