Ventajas

Collaborative and supportive team environment with genuinely kind and intelligent colleagues. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback. Opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact. Flexible work arrangements and good work-life balance. The company is growing through acquisition, which brings new opportunities and challenges.

Desventajas

Some growing pains as the company evolves from legacy practices to more modern, customer-centric approaches. Communication between departments and levels can sometimes be siloed, which affects alignment. Limited formal onboarding or training resources in some areas, though this is improving.

Ventajas

The compensation was good under the original management

Desventajas

After being acquired by Aptean they announced their RTO policy (expecting us to be excited about it) and then a few hours later made the announcement that it was effective immediately, giving us absolutely no time to adjust. It's just an example of how much they really care about their employees. Then the manager responsible for the RTO rollout announced that they were leaving a few weeks later. So we were just sold out and abandoned. Not great management in my opinion.
