Desventajas
on a one week pay schedule, which means very limited flexibility over each week. You essentially need to get in your 40 each week with little ability to flex that over multiple weeks. You have to donate the first 5 hours before you can earn either OT or Comp time, and it's nearly impossible to get approved for OT. To get meaningful promotions to higher levels there is an expectation to donate a lot of hours. The staff seems to be a lot of work-a-holics. Lockheed hubris - they think they are better than everyone. Even their customers. At times they will prioritize what's good for LM vs. what's good for their customer. Management is very slow to react to issues.
