Ventajas
Company has great culture, and they try to promote it in a way that it is not too obvious and forced upon the individuals. They also have a wealth of technical library access which can be a good source of self study and career enhancement.
Desventajas
For my department, there was a limited chance of promotions due to a small group of individuals involved with my program. I'm sure that is not the case at the main plant, so this may not even be a Con, which I can't seem to find that would stand out. Another thing I can think of is doing away with pension program, which a lot of companies are doing these days.
