At first I thought it would be easy to move around the company, but that's completely false - they will pigeon hole you to a contract as long as possible. The HR people are just shining their PM's shoes and rather not rattle the boat. So as long as you're billable, expect 1-2% yearly raises, no bonus and minimum training. My advice is to fight hard up front for your rate because it will not go up much year after year.
