Owner is old and full of himself says one thing and then another, contradicts himself. Multiple managers which sometimes made it difficult to communicate with anybody at the job. One manager will tell your doing great and then the owner will come at you sideways call you immature and belittle you. Training is inconsistent and all over the place and then God forbid because you can't remember all of everything they taught you in the four week training (beware some people are thrown on the road in first week). Lots of good points to the job but the negatives do not weigb out. If you have respect for yourself BEWARE! It is not here.
