The work at the agency is basically bottom feeding. Majority of the problems are due to poor leadership. The owners lack any true skill, but are painfully unaware how useless they are. The situation is the definition of dead weight at the top. They lack the ability to sell, present, lead, and strategize. One owner literally talks nonsense to the point where everyone gets tired and gives up. It’s not that hard to understand why they have a lack of sales/clients. Most clients can tell when a vendor is faking it, and theses guys are definitely frauds. The owners’ lack of acceptance is very insulting to all of their employees. They have been told time and time again about issues regarding the agency, but choose to ignore them and just stay in denial about all of the issues. Their mantra is give the minimum effort on everything.
