      Unique meaningful projects with innovative techs Most of the people are very talented and always make creative work

      Desventajas

      Awful work culture with 0 listening from the leaders Constant long work hours with limited compensation days (60hrs+) Poor HR management, annual review delayed for more than half year They don't care about employee's mental health

      Projects of a lifetime! Lovely coworkers.

      Desventajas

      Office is a constant mess. No overtime or comp days, despite expectations and hours banked. Salary is significantly lower than industry standards. Verbal abuse in the office is ignored and any reports are swept under the rug. Very little growth opportunities.
