I WORKED WITH GREAT STAFF AND THEY HAVE GOOD HOURS. Work life balance is good and they promote health daily at work by stretching, walks, yoga and breaks. Pension, union and fair pay.
Desventajas
PAY IS SLOW TO RISE AS IT DETERMINED BY THE UNION HOSPITALS DONT APPRECIATE YOUR JOB AT TIMES AS PART OF THE CIRCLE OF CARE. Can be frustrating to work where you're in the circle of care with the families and they don't understand the processes and constraints you work within while trying to provide a safe and beneficial discharge plan.
