Social Atmosphere Paid On Time Weekly chance to play sports in work time. Free drinks once per month / limited amount of free fruit. Below management there are genuinely nice people in the company.
Desventajas
Terrible work culture, extremely inflexible with staff. Once heard a senior manager say its ok to go to the doctors as long as you have hit KPI's. Leaving early never allowed but working late is expected and not paid. The entire company is treated as a piggy bank. Practically zero investment in staff. If rewards are given to staff, will either be office equipment or a poster. E.g hit 1 million revenue and get a movie poster or a new screen monitor/desk. Staff are never made to feel valued. Managers are generally promoted internally so the old fashioned culture is never challenged. The culture seems to come from the MD down. Staff made to feel anxious in a misguided attempt at motivating them. They will let staff know if they are sponsoring them on the final day of their 6 month contract even if the decision was made months earlier. Been told that only the MD can give references and often he will refuse. Can take weeks to have holiday approved despite being a small company, I think this is because the MD has to approve of all decisions.
