- Commission can be a nice bonus to paycheck - Depending on manager, schedules can be flexible - Can build great friendships with other staff
Desventajas
- Workplace bullying - both between staff members and from management - Does not understand customer service - company wants you to milk each customer for everything you can get... no morals. Promotes only helping customers that will spend big bucks. Sales staff should not waste precious time helping lower income customers. - Never enough stock and long wait periods for customer orders - DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA - Too much stress/pressure for a minimum wage job (i.e. high sales targets & expectations to generating leeds) - Poor marketing techniques (i.e. lying and tricking customers) - Overpriced for crap from China - NO RESPECT for employees - Poor training - Good luck getting a raise... - Does not understand its demographics - not all Canadians shop like people from Montreal - No consistently in rules or policies, and head office will never take any - CEO is a major creep. Very entitled and arrogant - but knows nothing about how the stores functions (i.e. products, policies, customer demographics, and tasking). He demonstrates this by making staff do ridiculous and unrealistic role plays. His ultimate goal is to try to belittle staff as much as possible and then peacock his superiority.
