The only reason I’m writing this review is because I recently saw they are hiring, and I believe it's important for potential applicants to have an honest overview of the work environment.
Cons:
There are under qualified individuals in management roles, which affects the overall quality of leadership and support.
NHS data is handled by teams based outside the UK, raising concerns around data privacy and compliance.
Training is inadequate and does not equip staff with the knowledge or confidence to perform effectively.
The systems used are outdated and frequently lag, creating unnecessary delays and frustration.
You are expected to manage patients while also reporting to supervisors, often without proper support.
Communication is disjointed and spread across too many group chats, which leads to confusion and missed information.
Some superiors are rude and dismissive in their interactions.
Breaks are limited to 15 minutes and must be taken in 5 minute intervals. No proper lunch break is given unless you work over a certain number of hours.
Holiday requests must be made 31 days in advance, but even then, approval is not guaranteed.
Complaints are often handled with generic, templated responses that come across as dismissive.
