Ventajas

Direct managers will fight for you, pay is good, benefits are good, bonuses are good when you get them

Desventajas

Corp. doesn't care about how hard the employees are worked. They down-size and then don't allow managers to hire so work is continuously being put on top of employees that already have more on their plate than they can handle. They lay off and then will not provide an explanation as to why you were the person let go.
