Monthly Performance Incentives: Bonuses paid out monthly based on performance, attendance, etc. (Specific measurables vary by role, but performance factors most). Beta Testing: Ability to test out new equipment/features from time to time. Management: Typically looking for feedback and is easily approachable Attendance Policy: Make sure you are in at your specified time and use callouts sparingly. Much easier policy than in the past. Dress Code: VERY relaxed dress code policy but sometimes business casual is required (notified in advance).

Desventajas

Call Center Environment: Typical call center feel. Not horrible but could use an update aesthetically
