They understand it is a very niche business and will work with you to get you up to speed, you’re not expected to walk in the door as an expert. They want you to succeed and reward you when you do. Lots of great perks within your department and the company as a whole; team lunches, Dodger games, monthly fitness activities on company time & dime, various other celebrations & activities. All of your paid time off is your own, it is not limited to sick days and vacation days. Some departments will let you work from home if you aren't feeling well instead of burning a PTO day. Everyone is very nice and helpful.
Desventajas
HR is also in house counsel so some questions require a little more follow up than a dedicated HR person would. Office temperature is a little cold, might be a building issue.
