Desventajas

Hire fast and fire quick. Misleading the company, team, and investors on absolutly everything. Not a trust worthy company. No honesty. No transparency. No clear vision. No leadership. Chaos in its most pure form To put it more simply. If you get hired here you are not a person. You are a number. This company is driven pure emotion. No data to drive decsisoin making, just emotions. Towards the end I caught the drift sales numbers were being reported... lets just say... incorrect? I would follow the accounts I booked for my AE. See the final quote/ price tag when the deal got closed won. Then when it came to announcing it to the company... it never added up...always in Level Datas favor. More C-Suite employees than anyone else. Managers don't know how to set the expectation and cross personal and professional boundaries constantly.

Every part of the company is growing which creates tremendous learning and career opportunities. Lots of transparent communication so we know exactly how we are doing and what the opportunities are.

Desventajas

Rapid growth means a lot of change and constantly pushing yourself to learn and get better. Some people aren't wired that way. Totally remote/distributed work has lots of efficiency and lifestyle advantages, but it would be nice to have coffee or lunch with your colleagues more often.

Friendly peers. Unlimited PTO. Remote.

Desventajas

Customer turnover is high with incoming customers low. Customer relationships are suffering due to reduced headcount. Wasted budget going to the wrong teams. Customer requests all over the place with no real plan for how these should be tackled. Reorganizations happening every 4 months to try to solve issues when the real issue is there just isn't enough individual contributors and there are too many managers.
