According to the feedback from our most recent Engagement Survey conducted in May 2024: Our overall engagement score is the highest the company has ever had, sitting at 73%, only 2 points below our company target; 84% of employees would recommend Learnosity as a great place to work; 79% believe that the leaders at Learnosity have communicated a vision that motivates them; 84% of employees feel proud to work for Learnosity. At Learnosity, we foster a culture of transparency and we are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees. We have several initiatives in place to promote collaboration, transparency and employee wellbeing, including: Increased transparency and communication from leadership through our State of the Union (Town Hall) meetings; Coffee with the Founders; Engagement Surveys; Monthly updates; Success Connections bi-annual check-ins.
