      Ventajas

      Great environment to learn. LUS is especially great if you are starting out and want to have access to different engineering systems (power, mechanical, etc.). This is a great place if you really click with people. Good, down home atmosphere. People be funny. Did I mention the most down-to-earth people ever!

      Desventajas

      It feels like a communal system with a few party elites. Career prospects are not based on performance. No performance bonus. Not career oriented. If you want to develop a career you may be left wanting. A tale of the have and have-nots. 'Change' is not in the vocabulary which carries good and bad things.

      Teams are smart and hardworking and very diligent about doing the job right.

      Desventajas

      Unless you have been there 20 years and about to retire the pay isn’t the greatest.
