If you're looking for pros to working at LabourNet, unfortunately, I can’t think of any. The experience has been overwhelmingly negative, with a work environment that leaves much to be desired.
Desventajas
Working at LabourNet has been one of the more disheartening professional experiences I’ve encountered. From day one, it became evident that the company prioritizes sales above all else, often at the expense of employee support and development. One of the most glaring issues is the lack of support from ExCo. While strong leadership should empower and guide employees, here, it feels like you're left to fend for yourself. Whether it’s operational challenges or a need for direction, the response is often lackluster or nonexistent. Adding to the frustration, the work culture can feel overly restrictive. Employees are often treated like children, with micromanagement and rigid oversight replacing trust and autonomy. It’s difficult to thrive in an environment where innovation and independence are stifled. Sales being the primary focus is not inherently a problem, but it becomes one when other departments and employees are undervalued. The emphasis on revenue generation often means that the people driving the backend processes or providing essential support services are overlooked or dismissed. For anyone considering a role at LabourNet, I’d advise thinking twice. A workplace where you feel unsupported and undervalued can hinder both personal and professional growth. My honest recommendation? Look elsewhere.
