The owners Michael Fitch and Mariana Hirsch are terrible people and running a scam of services. They have ZERO clinical experience and come from sales backgrounds. Unlicensed and under qualified employees handle the specimens, negligence beyond measure, shady business practices, constant revolving door - unable to keep lab employees. Have gone through 5+ managers in just 2 years because nobody knows what is going on and then is treated borderline abusively by Mari. She shows up hungover each day and is miserable and takes it out on all employees. They think being employed by them = you are their personal slave. They will send you home and expect you to come back at different days and times to fit their ever changing unorganized needs. If you bring up your concerns of lack of training/protocol they will turn against you and harass you, total bullies. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!
