Ventajas
At LS, I have been impressed with the team environment, the support from other consultants and the culture leadership has created and that we all have a part in maintaining. The company leadership is very driven by employee and customer satisfaction. Feedback from the employees is not only valued, but sought for regularly. All questions are considered relevant and discussed openly. I have also been thrilled at the support from my fellow consultants to help me learn and grow on the team. It is a tremendously collaborative environment. I feel valued and a member of a team that cares to work hard and do an amazing job.
Desventajas
The software development moves very fast and we are always on the cutting edge of customer needs. It can be hard to keep up with the pace of the changes. Improvements are being made to keep the consultants up to speed with production plans and updates.
