pay and benefits were decent

Leadership behaviors negative on daily basis, Foul language used daily, Lack of sufficient training, Lack of professionalism. Leadership lacks skills to be effective leader, you will be walking on eggshells constantly. Total chaos. Workflow is through the roof and customers are angry due to inventory challenges. Leadership struggles with change of ownership and makes demeaning and derogatory statements along with gossiping of others. Steer clear of this toxic environment.

Desventajas

This company is blacklisted by most other chemical plants in that cluster. Horrible management they have no experience outside of good ole boy system Operators are not team oriented and the union is not worth being in/ have not saved one employee ever. Corporate sticks besides management regardless of any wrongdoing
