Hello: I hope you are doing well and are keeping safe. I was reviewing our Glassdoor site and came across your message again. I would like to you review our current website since we did a recent brand refresh. Also your comments below had been reviewed and I would like to submit that even though we think what you mentioned is not true, I think you have commented like this because of the experience you had. I think as a company we should pay heed to this. We have been continually trying to reorient ourselves. Even during the challenging times of COVID we were faced with some of our toughest challenges but as a company we pulled through united, together as one company.

Hello Associate: I just reviewed your post and would like to connect with you and understand which location you worked and why you where not paid for what is due to you. There is no Help Desk Technician in US or India who has left our organization almost for 3 years + as I remember.
The current average years our Help Desk Team has worked for is 4.6 years.
I sincerely like to address the issue you have if you can connect with me and what is due to you should be paid.
There is also a comment that we have ripped of customers. Some of our largest customers in US have been with us for more than 10 years and they believe in our fairness as well as customer service.
If you are from some other group, then certainly I would like to connect with you and review your comments in more detail.
