Ventajas
Profit sharing among many other great benefits. Every time you spend here is an investment gain. You know how you often think a good paying job means letting go of happiness and good culture? That doesn't apply here as the people are good, the leadership is so good you wouldn't only love them, you will learn a lot from them.
Desventajas
If I have to think so hard for honesty here and still come up with nothing, it only tells how I don't perceive anything here as a con. But that's just my perception and we're different.
