      Awesome connections with some residents

      Desventajas

      Bad connection with residents who treat people like they work for them and not the management company. Company will never side with you when it comes to a resident even if they pull you aside and confirm you may have been right.

      Ventajas

      Amazing employees! It really makes a job easy when your coworkers are thoughtful and awesome people. This company is family friendly and accommodating to flexible schedules. I also find it incredibly refreshing how attentive and accessible our ceo is. Kin also offers room to move up in the company.

      Desventajas

      There is a slight disconnect in communication between office employees and concierge employees. I’m glad to say this is improving so not really a con!
