I am able to practice nursing and have satisfaction in my job as well as work life balance. No weekends or holidays a big plus. Love my coworkers and supervisors.

Desventajas

None, other than occasional bad weather that comes with working in Home Health and Hospice.

Ventajas

The mission is real here — you can feel the impact of the work on patients and families every day. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employees and the community they serve. The team is compassionate and supportive; people step in to help each other when things get busy. There’s a strong sense of purpose, especially in Home Health and Hospice, that keeps you grounded and motivated. Opportunities to grow if you're proactive and willing to take on new responsibilities. Flexible and understanding environment when it comes to personal needs or unexpected situations. Good collaboration between clinical and administrative teams, with a shared goal of doing what’s best for patients.

Desventajas

Healthcare can be demanding and fast‑moving, especially during high‑volume or high‑acuity periods. As a nonprofit, resources aren’t unlimited, so sometimes teams need to be creative or stretch a bit. Some processes are still evolving as the organization grows, which can lead to occasional communication gaps.
